Our Eastlink Marketing team is currently seeking a creative individual to join their growing team as a Graphic Designer.

Who You Are:

If you are someone who enjoys working closely on internal campaign teams and external agencies to develop digital and online brand materials and managing a variety of projects, this role is for you

The graphic designer will be part of the Content & Digital Team on the National Marketing team, and will provide support to marketing, as well as stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for the development and management of a wide variety of projects, including national campaigns, retail initiatives, and support the broader business in initiatives that work to deliver a seamless customer experience. The Graphic Designer has a strong eye for creative assets, including layout, colour schemes, branding, and design principles. You have great attention to detail and enjoy contributing to a collaborative and creative team. You have a proven track record for developing performance-driven creative concepts to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Work closely with the internal team, and external agency teams to help develop materials across digital and offline media both independently and in partnership with partners that align with brand standards.
  • Coordinate directly with various external suppliers for printing / production fulfillment, file delivery.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and produce effective digital and social media assets, as well as web content with an understanding of the customer experience.
  • Work with the retail team to create and execute retail signage for digital screens and instore.
  • Manage projects through all phases of development, create new concepts, design, revise, and final product presentation.
  • Produce quality work and be able to think strategically through projects. Ability to create and manage timelines.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree or certification in graphic design or related field plus, graphic design experience.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agency partners, help deliver brand strategy by incorporating brand guidelines within your execution tasks.
  • You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Final Cut Pro/Premiere.
  • You have strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • You are familiar and willingness to develop skills with Figma, Adobe Lightroom, XD and Adobe After Effects is an asset.
  • Animation knowledge is an asset.
  • Copywriting experience is an asset and can be incorporated into your workflow if this interests you.
  • Social media and web knowledge and experience would be considered an asset.
