About the Role

The Product System Specialist is a key member of the Commercial Lending team, responsible for enabling change by comprehending business problems and defining end-to-end solutions that maximize value to stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex business processes and system flows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with technical and operational standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support the testing and validation of software features and functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of change into the production environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst with progressively more challenging responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools, including BPMN and Visio.
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools, including Excel.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies and project management principles.
