You will work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care and support individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or concurrent disorders.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Therapist who possesses a Master's degree in a clinical health-related discipline and is registered with the relevant provincial regulatory body. You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of standard criteria used for the classification and diagnosis of mental health disorders, as well as skills in providing individual and group evidence-informed therapies. You will also have experience in crisis intervention, suicide, and violence risk assessment/intervention, and be able to work effectively in multiple software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and planning, treatment and intervention, and crisis management for clients
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of clients
- Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in mental health and addictions care
