Job Title: Receiving Associate

Join our team as a Receiving Associate at Walmart, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Job Summary:

As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and processing freight, verifying product and count, and transporting goods to designated departments. You will also be responsible for adhering to all receiving policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload freight and verify product and count prior to receiving
  • Transport freight to designated departments
  • Assemble pallets according to designated specifications
  • Adhere to all receiving policies and procedures
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain associate-related programs and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to wear steel-toed safety shoes/boots
  • Other safety personal protective gear may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Age - 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in a receiving or warehouse environment is an asset.
