Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Centre Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move and store merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Use a vocollect headset and vocollect orderfilling system to accurately pick and pack orders.
  • Maintain orderfilling performance expectations while ensuring high levels of picking accuracy.
  • Transport finished picked pallets and other freight to shipping lanes in a timely and safe manner.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures, including wearing steel-toed safety shoes/boots and other personal protective gear as required.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
