Distribution company located in Ville Saint-Laurent, specializing in the field of vending machines and food equipment serving food and hospitality institutions in Canada, is currently looking for a service coordinator

What will your day look like:

Under the responsibility of the Technical Service Director, you will have to maintain increased communication of the daily activities of the department.

Working hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40 hrs/week Monday to Friday

FUNCTIONS:

  • Plan and coordinate vehicle or team movements based on customer requests, routes and availability.
-. Answer incoming calls, assess customer needs and assign appropriate resources to respond to their requests.

-. Track and update the location of vehicles or teams in the field in real time.

-. Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they are informed of changes or emergencies.

-. Handle emergency situations or unforeseen events by quickly adjusting plans and providing alternative solutions.

-. Maintain accurate records of activities, routes and schedules to ensure adequate traceability and documentation.

-. Collaborate with other departments or teams to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required:

  • Bilingualism, both oral and written
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Manual or warehouse experience (great asset)
  • Good knowledge of geography
  • Priority management, organized
  • Team working
