Seeking an experienced Assistant Store Leader to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their retail expertise to drive business growth, develop strong relationships with customers and team members, and maintain a high level of operational excellence. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers
  • Communicating and achieving store productivity targets, including sales per hour, adt, upt, and capture rate
  • Ensuring all associates and leadership complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge across all categories
  • Modeling and supervising the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training and customer service

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with customers
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment
  • Proficient in Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Prior luxury goods experience preferred

Physical requirements include:

  • Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds
  • Comfortable climbing ladders
