Position: Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound freight flow while meeting daily and weekly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize data analysis to negotiate rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues.
  • Coordinate logistics activities and ensure shipment accuracy.
  • Proactively address service risks and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Transportation industry.
  • Experience with FTL shipments and North American geography.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick software learning capability.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team setting.
