Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and counting orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring optimal plant growth and health.
  • Support the distribution of biological products, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Maintain the facility and farm infrastructure, performing routine checks and repairs as needed.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe use.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Follow all health and food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Report any incidents or quality issues to the Grower, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist with planting, fertilizing, irrigating, and harvesting crops, ensuring optimal yields and quality.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of farming practices and principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs.) and work in a changing temperature environment.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and leading by example, with a positive attitude in the workplace.
