An exciting opportunity to be part of Vancouvers newest hotspot The Parker Rooftop, situated on the nineth floor of The Parker Hotel, (formerly known as the Vintage Park Hotel.) The Executive Table Group (ETG) is a renowned food and beverage group in Vancouver, BC, known for its exceptional dining experiences, premium hospitality services, and exquisite culinary offerings.

Our mission is to deliver unparalleled food and beverage experiences that leave our guests amazed, and our team members proud to be part of a fun, innovative, and rewarding workplace.

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic full-time FOH Manager to immediately join our diverse and dynamic leadership team at Parker Rooftop.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in an upscale, casual fine dining restaurant and will be an industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality.

We are looking for an inspiring and positive manager who will bring a love for working on the floor, leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests.


Job Duties:

  • Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing levels
  • Quickly and accurately identify critical information and make independent judgments in accordance with company philosophies and business practices
  • Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly through service recovery and implement change when necessary, to optimize consistent guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards
Most Importantly -motivate our team in a friendly, positive and fun waySKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years' of Restaurant/Hotel management experience
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent is an asset
  • Wine education is an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels; exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
  • Must possess strong attention to detail; proven problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage
