Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in the meat department.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring high levels of customer service and meeting production targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Meat Associates to provide excellent customer service and promote sales growth.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandise, and displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked department.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new Meat Associates.
- Lead by example, greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assisting with product recommendations and sales.
- Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork, including inventory tracking reports and assignment notes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong leadership and management style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Knowledge of meat products and department operations.
- Ability to train and develop a team of Meat Associates.
