Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with our customers, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
