Job Summary: Customer Service Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by receiving and processing merchandise, unloading trailers, and assisting with sales floor operations in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the sales floor for opening by setting up displays and merchandise.
  • Unload trailers and move merchandise to the sales floor for processing.
  • Assist with processing merchandise, including receiving and stocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
