Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Overnight Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sales floor is prepared for store opening, and that merchandise is accurately labeled and stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Opening Preparation: Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting, merchandising, and signing features.
  • Merchandise Processing: Complete live unloading of merchandise, pull pallets to and from the sales floor, and assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Label merchandise accurately and place it in the backroom bins/stocking areas.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Walmart Experience: Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably at Walmart Canada.
Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced retail environment, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
