Job Summary: Pick and pack online grocery delivery orders with high quality and accuracy, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction.

To ensure a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards, you will be responsible for picking and packing online grocery delivery orders. This role requires attention to detail, efficient picking and packing, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
• Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.

**Continuous Improvement:**

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
• Demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
