About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Our ideal candidate is a people-centric individual who can connect with customers in a relatable way, taking a proactive approach to discovering their needs and listening to understand what they are asking for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process day-to-day transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
  • Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to branch targets
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers to help them better manage their banking needs
