Physician - Fee For Service

Family Physician required for a permanent full-time position at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Health Centre in New Wes Valley, providing outpatient and inpatient care with on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient care to patients
  • Participate in on-call duties
  • Promote and support person-and family-centred care
  • Partner with team members to improve worker and patient safety

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligible for registration and licensure as a General Practitioner with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Satisfy credentialing requirements of Central Health
  • Work experience is an asset
  • A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance
  • A satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local police authority
  • Medical Degree

Working Conditions:

  • 75 hours bi-weekly plus on-call obligations
  • Fee-For-Service compensation
  • No benefits
