You will be a valuable part of our pharmacy team that is devoted to delivering outstanding patient-focused care and surpassing patients' expectations. We are seeking approachable, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our team, prioritizing the health requirements of our patients.

Here's where your focus will lie:

Prescription assembly and data entry:

  • Processing customer transactions (receiving and releasing prescription requests)
  • Receiving in-person and telephone refill requests and documenting deliveries
  • Understanding and advocating pharmacy programs
  • Filing prescriptions, managing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Creating and receiving drug orders, preparing pill packs, and compounding
  • Scheduling clinical services
  • Managing tasks behind the counter, including inventory counts and handling narcotics
  • Assisting the pharmacist with dispensary duties as per guidelines

What we are looking for:

Preferred:
  • Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary Institution
  • Consideration for applicants with 2 years of Canadian retail Pharmacy Experience in place of a certificate in certain Provinces
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to all relevant company standards

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $ $ We will take into account factors such as your work location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions to ensure equitable and competitive remuneration.
