Join us in our expanding Health & Wellness program which encompasses Pharmacy, Dietitian, Medical, and Optical services.

This role, reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, involves receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and promptly. You will also maintain adequate inventory levels, provide counseling to patients with proper documentation, ensure positive interactions with customers, and oversee department operations and finances.

What you'll do:
  • Supervise and guide staff
  • Manage staff hiring and performance
  • Ensure department's financial and operational success
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately and timely
  • Maintain adequate medication inventory levels
  • Counsel patients on medications in a friendly manner
  • Educate customers through public relations initiatives
  • Resolve patient needs and requests promptly
  • Monitor sales and identify opportunities
  • Control costs within the pharmacy
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacists license
  • Minimum of 3 years' retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to build business using community-based marketing
  • Proficient in problem-solving and action planning
  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with KROLL Pharmacy systems is an asset
