Tourism Ambassador

The Tourism Ambassador role is a part-time position that requires a valid BC Driver's License, minimum 17 years of age, and compliance with a Criminal Record Search. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to perform duties in a safe manner while fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information about local attractions, events, dining, and accommodations to visitors and residents.
- Participate in public speaking presentations to provide information on local history and current experience opportunities.
- Represent the City of Dawson Creek in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Work a variety of shifts, including 9:30 am to 2:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
- Minimum 17 years of age by hiring date.
- Compliance with and approval of a Criminal Record Search (including Vulnerable Sector).
