We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Summer Labourer. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including lawn care and painting/staining services, and contribute to the transformation of homes in our community.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owner to deliver quality and satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, including distributing flyers and promoting our services in the local community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hands-on work is an asset, but not required; we provide training for the right candidate.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and take direction are essential.
