As a Product Owner – Product & Offer Catalogue Transformation, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our product catalogue, pricing, and offer management tools.

Your primary focus will be ensuring that our product, pricing, and offer information is accurate, comprehensive, and optimized for customer engagement via our OMNI ordering platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and improve overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and prioritize product & offer requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. Transform these requirements into clear user stories and actionable tasks for development teams
  • Backlog Prioritization: Maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams involved across the product development process, including the take-to-market pricing and marketing organizations. Act as the point of contact and owner for all product and pricing-related inquiries and updates
  • Acceptance Criteria and Testing: Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure they meet the desired quality standards. Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to validate that the product meets requirements
  • Release Management: Coordinate product releases and updates, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the predefined criteria for deployment
  • User Experience (UX): Advocate for an exceptional user experience, working closely with design and development teams to create user-friendly and intuitive digital products
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of commerce operations and integration of online and offline sales channels
  • Strong understanding of business processes, technology trends, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus
