NCR Cell Quality Technician

Recherchez des défauts sur les pièces achetées et produites, rédigez des Rapports de Non-Conformité (NCR) pertinents pour limiter les perturbations de la chaîne de production.
Assurez-vous que la production ne dispose pas de pièces défectueuses, fournissez une cartographie claire des pièces disponibles dans des emplacements physiques restreints.
Optimisez la production avec un flux continu de pièces disponibles en inventaire.
Organisez le premier niveau de confinement avec la direction et les fournisseurs concernant les activités de contrôle et de tri des pièces défectueuses.
Intégrez de nouveaux processus de contrôle dans les systèmes ERP pour fournir des critères d'inspection pour les livraisons à venir.
Créez des rapports NCR dans ERP et SQP (Supplier Quality Portal).
Participez aux réunions quotidiennes et hebdomadaires avec diverses parties prenantes.
Assurez-vous de l'application des consignes de sécurité et de l'utilisation appropriée des équipements de fabrication.
Recherchez un diplôme en ingénierie ou un diplôme technique avec expérience équivalente.
Expérience dans la logistique, la planification, le contrôle qualité et la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de production.
Fluence en Excel, systèmes ERP, dessins techniques.
