En tant que Comptable fiscal junior relevant du Responsable principal en fiscalité, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

  • Préparer les déclarations de revenus pour les clients du Canada et des États-Unis.
  • Préparer les déclarations fiscales T1 et T3 (Canada) et 1040 et 1041 (États-Unis) et la comptabilité fiduciaire.
  • Gérer le calendrier des dépôts de tâches et surveiller la cueillette d'informations.
  • Travailler avec notre équipe chargée de l'Expérience client en ce qui concerne les demandes de renseignements sur les clients et les mises à jour de l'état d'avancement.
  • Fournir une assistance et une instruction au personnel administratif ou professionnel, le cas échéant.
  • Travailler avec nos équipes et nos départements pour continuer à améliorer notre offre de produits et de services.

  • Expérimenté en comptabilité avec 5 à 8 ans de préparation des T1 et T3 canadiens.
  • Expérimenté dans la préparation des déclarations américaines US 1040 et 1041 (un atout).
  • Familiarité avec la déclaration d'impôt sur le revenu des sociétés T2 (un atout).
  • à l'aise dans le travail individuel et en équipe.

As a Senior Tax Accountant reporting into the Senior Tax Lead, you will:

  • Complete tax preparation and filing for Canada and US clients.
  • Prepare and file:
    • T1, T3, Rights or Things and TX-19 filing with CRA.
    • TP-1-V and TP-646-V returns with Revenu Québec.
    • 1040 and 1041 tax returns in the US.
  • Manage the schedule of task filings and oversee the gathering of information.
  • Work with our Customer Experience team regarding queries on clients and status updates.
  • Provide training and support to administrative or professional staff if required.
  • Work with our teams and departments to continue enhancing our product and service offering.

  • Experienced in Tax Accounting with 5-8 years of Canadian T1 and T3 preparation.
  • Experienced with US 1040 and 1041 preparation experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with T2 Corporate Income Tax Return is an asset.
