Virtual CFO You will work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company fiscal and regulatory matters.

You are an entrepreneur who understands the challenges and opportunities in a small to medium(SMB) business and the value that an experienced finance professional brings.

Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary. Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, master degree or MBA. Experience in a senior management position.

Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.

Experience with corporate governance. Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.

We are looking to engage with an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets for our clients.

Accountant responsibilities include reviewing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ideally you are an entrepreneur who understands the challenges and opportunities in a small to medium(SMB) business and the value that an experienced finance professional brings.

Ultimately, you will provide our clients with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we're compliant with all tax regulations.

Manage all accounting transactions Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations Work experience as an Accountant Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including IFRS, and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Experience with general ledger functions BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with the Finance team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree and is familiar with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks, Quickbooks and Xero as well as Receipt Bank, Hubdoc and Plooto.

Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger Bring the books to the trial balance stage Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software Proficiency in English and in MS Office BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration Financial Performance Management Consultant We are looking to engage with an experienced Financial Performance Management professional to provide consulting, implementation and support services for our clients.

Serve as the primary contact for the implementation and customization projects of BPM solutions for mid to large sized clients.

Provide industry and/or technology expertise to customers and utilizes best practice project management and implementation tools and methodologies to deliver clients solutions on time and on budget.

Provide architectural advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Hands-on experience and knowledge in IBM Cognos TM1 technology and a proven track record of successful implementations.

A minimum of three years of IBM Cognos TM1 and a successful track record of having managed several IT/Software development projects; proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word.

Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and web environments. Degree in business and/or technology, (MBA or an advanced degree desirable).
