Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on the latest tech and telecommunications products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve team sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for tech, telecommunications, and sales.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Proficiency in a second language is welcome (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more).
