Job Title: Seasonal Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Contribute to the team's success by achieving personal sales goals and working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tech and telecommunications products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the store is running at its peak operational performance
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for tech, telecommunications, and sales
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset
  • Ability to speak another language is a definite plus (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more)
