Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, including zoning and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with stocking and recovering merchandise, including moving feature merchandise to its modular home.
  • Work with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and communicate effectively to resolve any issues.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
