- Interpreting blueprints, utilizing them to assemble and troubleshoot machinery accurately.
- Predictive maintenance techniques are employed to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.
- Tool management is another aspect we excel in, ensuring all tools are wellmaintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
- Valid Ontario (433A) Industrial Mechanic Millwright is preferred
- 5+ years of handson experience with Strong foundation of fabrication, injection molding in plastics, Chemical processing, machine fixing, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatics, mechanical expertise, electrical basics
- Previous experience in plastics/chemical processing & manufacturing or steel manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, coupled with innovative thinking and independence
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, fastpaced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
