Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product location and purchase decisions, and resolving customer issues.
  • Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Zone assigned areas, move feature merchandise to its modular home, and work recovery merchandise from other areas of the store.
  • Assist with Front End coverage, communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage, and contribute to a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Stock merchandise, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars.
Minimum Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg
