Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation (50%):
- Identify target customers and create leads/opportunities.
- Conduct research on accounts, determine decision-makers, and stimulate interest.
- Engage with customers through extensive outbound calls and emails.
- Comprehend customers' requirements and pinpoint sales prospects.
- Address potential customers' queries and furnish additional information via email.
- Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further progression and closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish pipelines, seal deals, and generate revenue.
- Business Development (30%):
- Undertake market research utilizing various databases.
- Proactively seek out new customers, opportunities, and market segments.
- Recognize projects and execute proactive project tracking using R-PSM.
- Maintain a database of key projects in the region and Schedule meetings with influential decision-makers.
- Devise a strategic customer plan emphasizing customer understanding, relationship cultivation, and revenue enhancement.
- Networking (20%):
- Establish a network with potential accounts through digital platforms.
- Enhance digital visibility, form groups, and send targeted emails to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective solutions and drive client results.

- Passion for sales and customer success
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Technical/engineering background is advantageous.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in leveraging digital tools for business development.
- Travel: Limited travel to customer sites as necessary, including occasional out-of-town trips.
- Language: Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
