As a Mobile Scheduling Specialist, you will be part of the Bell Media team, creating and delivering the best Canadian and international content across digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms.
You will redefine digital connections and pioneer next-generation services, propelling us to reach new heights, unlock untapped potential, and expand horizons for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule owned and rental mobile units to optimize mobile capacity.
- Negotiate and secure rental mobile units as necessary.
- Negotiate sound reciprocal deals when needed.
- Understand client properties and technical requirements.
- Follow up on event logistics, including venue information, park and power times, technical specifications, drive times, and other details.
- Liaise daily with engineering, operations, fleet, and event production departments.
- Prepare support for annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Approve rental mobile invoices within the company's system.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in television and/or mobile production management.
- Previous scheduling experience is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good organizational and administration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and be creative with solutions.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, solve problems, and react to situations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to remain calm and collected in stressful situations.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile capacity and technical aspects of industry players.
- Must be flexible in working hours, with some travel required.
