Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Recruit4HVAC. As a key member of our commercial and industrial team, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing parts
  • Installing/retrofitting equipment to code
  • Analyzing work orders and investigating complaints
  • Identifying problems and offering solutions
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Documenting service work orders
  • Staying current on industry developments and technologies
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required
  • Commercial and industrial HVAC service experience
  • Routine maintenance experience
  • In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
