As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable and payable processes. You will be responsible for monitoring accounts, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments
  • Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily, ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Prepare and print daily reports as required, including the "End of Day Report" and "Payments Listing"
  • Maintain confidential office records and files, covering daily transactions made at the facility
  • Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
  • Champion Nutrien's culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Valid Canadian driver's license
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
  • Previous SAP experience, an asset
