Your job:

  • Be responsible for all administrative activities such as organizing travel, onboarding and offboarding team members, managing supplies, and handling expense accounts
  • Interact confidentially with external clients, various bank services, and internal team members on various matters involving confidential aspects
  • Provide administrative support to your team and work closely with the team of assistants to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes.
  • Be responsible for the floor coordination and act as the point of contact for the floor with building management, vendors and/or other partners.

Prerequisites:

  • Post secondary diploma (college and/or university) and 1 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in proactive agenda management
  • Experience as an assistant - an asset
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools (Yammer, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
  • Strong ability to determine priorities and urgent items
  • Strong adaptability and proactivity
  • Professionalism, thoroughness, and confidentiality
  • Excellent relational skills with various stakeholders and strong teamwork ability
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency
  • Interpersonal skills (customer-focused)
