As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop innovative strategies to attract top IT talent and manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your goal? Support our team’s growth and provide an outstanding candidate experience.


Your mission:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop innovative strategies to identify and attract top IT professionals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates to anticipate future business needs.
  • Work closely with account managers to present candidates that align with client expectations.
  • Craft compelling job postings and ensure their distribution across appropriate channels.
  • Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide thorough candidate follow-ups and support (CV coaching, interview preparation).
  • Negotiate candidate rates, salaries, and conditions at all stages of the process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and propose innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English & french
