Responsabilités clés

Croissance stratégique et expansion du portefeuille

  • Superviser la gestion stratégique et la croissance du portefeuille immobilier
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de gestion d’actifs pour maximiser la valeur des propriétés et optimiser les rendements
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’investissement et de développement immobilier alignées avec la vision de l’entreprise
  • Piloter les initiatives de développement commercial pour accroître la présence sur le marché et sécuriser des actifs de grande valeur
  • Assurer le suivi des performances financières des actifs, en optimisant l’efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité

Gestion immobilière

  • Élaborer et mettre en place des stratégies de location pour optimiser les taux d’occupation et la rétention des locataires
  • Superviser les rénovations, l’entretien des propriétés et les projets d’amélioration du capital
  • Gérer les contrats de service, les relations avec les fournisseurs et les dépenses en capital pour garantir une exploitation rentable
  • Veiller à la conformité avec les réglementations locales, les exigences municipales et les meilleures pratiques du secteur
  • Diriger les initiatives de durabilité et d’efficacité pour réduire les coûts opérationnels à long terme

Leadership et vision stratégique

  • Mettre en place des processus et des cadres opérationnels évolutifs pour soutenir la croissance de l’entreprise
