Prime Management Group Inc. is seeking a motivated, driven, and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join their Aylmer, Ontario team in a flexible, hybrid capacity As the Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of equipment designs. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative 2D & 3D models, crafting detailed assembly and shop drawings, and creating all necessary technical documentation to drive projects forward.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with estimating/sales, service, and manufacturing teams, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will span from preparing concept and production drawings, reviewing and sealing designs, to interfacing with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, you'll contribute to cost estimation, product sourcing, and site visits, all while maintaining a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will have:
  1. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario.
  2. 3 to 5 years of Overhead Crane experience.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
  4. Knowledge of CSA S16 and CMAA specifications.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  6. Attitude of Customer Service.
