A career as a senior clerk in the Transaction Operations team at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with several partners is highlighted. With your proactivity, you take care of administrative needs and respond to requests from employees and partners.

Your job

  • Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
  • Participate in the updating of work processes and procedures according to quality standards
  • Collaborate in the resolution of identified operational problems
  • Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance and risk management compliance
  • Process applications related to accounts and/or membership in electronic business products

Prerequisite

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Have knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Learning ability and curiosity
  • Available until 8 PM (various schedules)
