Your job:
Respond adequately to the requests of clients and stakeholders involved in cases by offering professional and courteous service
Have the opportunity to learn and grow within a team that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovation
Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations
Make electronic funds transfers to notaries
Prepare bank drafts and mailings
Prepare for daily compensation
Validate the preliminary reports received from the notaries
Making mortgage disbursements
Properly use the complex equipment and software required for your work
The incumbent must be able to identify the risks inherent in the mortgage financing industry
Your team:
Operations is a large sector with more than 2500 employees where the majority of transactions and customer requests pass through
You will join a team of 30 people made up of technical advisors and senior clerks who take care of legal expertise and mortgage disbursements. You will report directly to the director Marie-Pier Desmarais.
The working hours are variable from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Prerequisite:
High school diploma
Experience in customer service
Ability to proactively build relationships and strong ability to build strong customer relationships
