JOB DESCRIPTION


We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing a wide range of digital content, including videos, graphics, and written content. You will work closely with our team to produce engaging content that aligns with our goals and appeals to our target audience across various platforms.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop, design, and produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Write and edit copy for multimedia content, ensuring consistency in tone and style with the firm & industry.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and illustrations that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the overall content strategy.
  • Design and develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email templates, social media posts, and website banners.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content on social media, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia production, including new software, tools, and platforms.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization for each.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing your multimedia work is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and French (an asset).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for digital content.
