Morley Hoppner has developed a great reputation over the years for Mid-Rise and High Rise builds throughout the National Capital Region.


Your new role

Reporting to the President, you will be accountable for the business units' performance in multiple areas including risk, construction, safety, quality, operations, pre-construction, client satisfaction, project schedule, resource planning and project financial performance.


You will work with the Operations Manager as well as closely with the Senior Project Manager's, Project Manager's, Project Coordinators and Superintendent's to align resources and project responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with other business units to ensure that all necessary resources are in place for projects and project teams.


In addition, you will lead, coach, mentor and develop your diverse team and work hard to create growth opportunities for them to achieve both their personal as well as corporate goals.


You will be responsible for Project Development/Pre-Construction/Estimates as well as Project Accounting and administration, maintain and develop new client relationships and project stakeholder relationships.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this leadership role, your background should consist of 15–20 years of progressive and practical experience dealing with complex projects. Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related fields is important. A background in estimating or business development in the construction field is a definite asset in this role.
