As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in surpassing service expectations, promoting products, and achieving route management objectives. Your execution will drive volume targets, enhance market share, bolster brand equity, and expand brand distribution within your designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and execute a daily schedule of calls within your assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and secure new business by forging long-term relationships with retail accounts, boosting revenue and volume.
  • Develop plans to meet goals, enhance market share, optimize space allocation, and elevate customer service, all while managing your assigned budget.
  • Ensure product marketability through effective shelf management, prime display locations and price point management.
  • Conduct product tastings and training seminars to educate staff.
  • Monitor competitive activities within the territory, offering insightful suggestions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years of sales experience in beverage alcohol or consumer goods within the grocery and convenience channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Liquor Board regulations, market trends, and competition.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven professional with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in PC, iPad, and MS Office applications.
