The Role


AnalytiChem is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is interested in a long-term career within a professional working environment. The successful candidate will be a foundational member of the customer experience team. This role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and satisfying customer requirements. This role is based in Baie D'Urfé, Quebec, and reports to the CX Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting an existing territory via multiple communication channels;
  • Promote the customer experience as the customer advocate within the company;
  • Answer all incoming customer inquiries
  • Provide information on products and services;
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge of products, customers, sales techniques;
  • Provide market intelligence to management and colleagues.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive, supportive experience.
  • Assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
  • Handling order placements, tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Chemistry degree or equivalent.
  • Work experience in a similar position.
  • English is essential; an additional language would be an asset.
  • Experienced professional with an excellent client approach.
  • Organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results.
  • Able to find creative solutions to client’s problems.
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to work hard.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP would be an asset).
  • Understanding of the chemical manufacturing process, product specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (such as OSHA, REACH, and GHS).
  • Handling order placements, tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, improve services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, including email, video conferencing, and other customer service platforms.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and standards in the chemical industry and ensuring all customer interactions comply with these regulations.

Le Rôle

AnalyticiChem est actuellement à la recherche d'un spécialiste de la réussite client intéressé par une carrière à long terme dans un environnement de travail professionnel. Le candidat retenu sera un membre fondateur de l’équipe d’expérience client. Ce rôle est chargé de répondre aux demandes des clients et de satisfaire leurs exigences. Ce rôle est basé à Baie D'Urfé, Québec, et relève du gestionnaire CX.


PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Soutenir un territoire existant via de multiples canaux de communication ;
  • Promouvoir l'expérience client en tant que défenseur du client au sein de l'entreprise ;
  • Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients entrants
  • Fournir des informations sur les produits et services ;
  • Améliorer continuellement les connaissances sur les produits, les clients et les techniques de vente ;
  • Fournir des renseignements sur le marché à la direction et aux collègues.
  • Capacité à faire preuve d'empathie avec les clients et à offrir une expérience positive et solidaire.
  • Assister l'équipe commerciale avec les demandes des clients, préparer les devis et suivre les prospects.
  • Gérer les commandes, suivre les expéditions, gérer les stocks et assurer la livraison dans les délais.


COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme de chimie ou équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.
  • L'anglais est essentiel ; une langue supplémentaire serait un atout.
  • Professionnel expérimenté avec une excellente approche client.
  • Organisé, enthousiaste, capable d'établir des priorités et de produire des résultats.
  • Capable de trouver des solutions créatives aux problèmes des clients.
  • Capable de travailler de manière indépendante ainsi qu'en équipe.
  • Forte éthique de travail et motivation à travailler dur.
  • Très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale.
  • Connaissance des systèmes ERP (SAP serait un atout).
  • Compréhension du processus de fabrication chimique, des spécifications du produit, des protocoles de sécurité et de la conformité réglementaire (telle que OSHA, REACH et GHS).
  • Gérer les commandes, suivre les expéditions, gérer les stocks et assurer la livraison dans les délais.
  • Capacité à analyser les données et les commentaires des clients pour identifier les tendances, améliorer les services et accroître la satisfaction des clients.
  • Maîtrise des outils de communication numérique, notamment le courrier électronique, la vidéoconférence et d'autres plateformes de service client.
  • Compréhension des réglementations et normes pertinentes dans l'industrie chimique et garantie que toutes les interactions avec les clients sont conformes à ces réglementations.
