What You’ll Do
- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be responsible for sales in the tasting room, leading public tours & tastings.
- Promote all new wine releases, upcoming promotions, and Platinum Club Membership.
- Maintain merchandising, organization, and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Assist and support other functions of the winery as needed.
- Responsible for warehousing duties on a rotational basis.
What You Have
- Serving it Right certification.
- 1-2+ years of guest service experience.
- Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic.
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry.
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40 lbs.
