What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences regarding Disaster Recovery plans
- Meet with application stakeholders to guide the development of Disaster Recovery Plans
- Ensure timely completion of Disaster Recovery Plans and identify gaps with recommendations
- Lead Disaster Recovery exercises to validate the recovery of critical services
- Administer and support the company's Office 365 environment, including user accounts and system performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and related technologies
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications related to Office 365 are highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Disaster Recovery or IT project coordination role
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Intune configuration
- Experience conducting user training and support for Office 365 services
- Knowledge of IT security policies and procedures
