To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Order and Revenue Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. Please note that this role is hired under the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) Program.

As an Order and Revenue Specialist at Field Effect, you will:

  1. Work collaboratively with global sales and external partner teams to create quotations, generate and process sales orders.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates.
  3. Assist in RFP and RFI requests.
  4. Perform data entry and assist with reporting.
  5. Assist with organizing sales events such as Sales Kick-Off and quarterly updates.

Experience & skills we look for:

  1. 1-2 years' experience supporting global sales teams.
  2. Post secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
  4. Strong communication and time management skills.
  5. Excellent organization skills, ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines.
  6. Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company.

Added Bonuses:

  1. Ability to speak French is an asset.
  2. Experience working in a start-up or scale-up.
