Key position for a Senior Sales Leader or General Manager to head up the North American market for my international exterior envelope & balconies client.


This role is designed to help facilitate the growth in clients, revenue and profit for the business and it requires a strategic leader who has a great understanding on the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales operation in Canada.
  • To attain all business plan sales targets and objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within budget and resources allocate.
  • Develop sales strategy, tactics and targets to achieve international growth targets
  • Maintain cost effective operations wherever possible.
  • Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports to Senior Sales Leadership
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.


Qualifications/Expectations

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • A flair for analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Excellent presentation, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Accurate record keeper including maintaining of CRM records
  • Good knowledge of and skills with MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally when required.
