Marketing Creative Producer - Meta & Tiktok


What You'll Do


As Creative Producer at Viasox, you’ll take strategic briefs and turn them into high-performing ad creatives that connect with our audience and drive revenue. This is not just another production role—you will be responsible for leading the execution of our most impactful video and static ads across social platforms.


  • Creative Execution – Own the full production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
  • On-Set Direction – Manage and direct 4–5 shoots per month, working with talent, UGC creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Performance-Driven Content – Capture video and photo assets optimized for Meta and TikTok, ensuring every creative is built to convert.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Creative Strategist, editors, and designers to bring big ideas to life.
  • Trend-Driven Innovation – Stay ahead of performance trends, iterating on creatives based on real-time data and insights.

  • Your creative execution elevates Viasox’s ad strategy, balancing innovation with direct response best practices.
  • Your ability to manage shoots, direct talent, and collaborate with the team ensures efficiency and top-tier creative output.


What We're Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in video production, creative coordination, or DTC-focused content creation.
  • Proven ability to manage video and photo shoots from concept to execution.
  • Experience directing on-set talent, including UGC creators and brand ambassadors.
  • Deep understanding of social platform requirements (Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple productions in a fast-paced environment.


Salary & Benefits

CAD $65,000 – $80,000, based on experience and expertise + scalable performance bonus

Work Hours & Location

Hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

In-office production days required for shoots, with flexible remote work for pre-production and planning.
