Dans ce rôle clé dynamique, vous aiderez la direction à superviser financièrement différents centres de distribution (70%) dans un environnement de 3PL (3rd party logistic) ainsi que d’apporter un soutien analytique aux opérations (30%).


Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez être un penseur stratégique et un expert en analyse financière et opérationnelle et devrez être habile en résolution de problèmes. Vous devrez être confiant et apte à travailler de manière autonome, de gérer les priorités et de jongler avec plusieurs tâches.


Responsabilités :

  • Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données financières des sites.
  • Préparer et exécuter le processus de fin de mois et communiquer les résultants aux différents intervenants.
  • Implication directe avec les services de comptabilité et de finance commerciale
  • Identifier les tendances et les écarts financiers et formuler des recommandations pour l'amélioration des performances.
  • Gérer le processus d’élaboration des prévisions budgétaires.
  • Supporter le processus de facturation.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour fournir un soutien financier.
  • Participer à des analyses ad-Hoc pour les finances
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance financière et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction.
  • Supporter certains processus opérationnelles (KPI, mesure productivité et performance) et interagir avec les gestionnaires et les superviseurs pour fournir un soutien analytique selon les besoins et les demandes.


Compétences :

  • Technique ou Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience professionnelle équivalente, requis
  • Expérience préalable d’au moins 1 an en contrôle budgétaire.
  • Connaissance approfondie des principes comptables et financiers.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse financière et des logiciels de gestion.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel
